USER PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE ViziDrive MOBILE APPLICATION
1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
Vizije mobilnosti d.o.o., Pot na Polane 22, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani (hereinafter: Vizije Mobilnosti) processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: the General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and national data protection regulations.
2. TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA, LEGAL BASIS, AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Upon registering in the ViziDrive mobile application, the user must provide Vizije Mobilnosti with the following personal data:
Email address
First and last name
Mobile phone number (optional)
When using the ViziDrive mobile application, Vizije Mobilnosti will also process data related to orders, the user's location, and the device's camera, in addition to the personal data listed above.
Vizije Mobilnosti will process this data for the following purposes:
Providing services subject to the general terms and conditions,
User registration,
Scanning QR codes on the charging infrastructure,
Contacting the user to ensure the uninterrupted use of services governed by these general terms,
Handling complaints.
For uninterrupted use of the ViziDrive mobile application, users must grant permission for location data processing (for finding the nearest charging station) and for using the device’s camera (to scan the QR code on the charging station). If the user does not grant these permissions, they will not be able to use the related functionalities.
To perform the service, Vizije Mobilnosti will also process data related to the completed service – location, date, time, and the QR code used at the charging station – for the purpose of displaying the charging history.
Vizije Mobilnosti will only process the data for other purposes if the user has provided explicit written consent, specifically for:
Profiling users to prepare customized service offers via email, SMS, MMS, phone calls, or regular mail,
Direct marketing of services, benefits, and other changes or novelties,
Conducting market research on service quality and the need for additional services,
Sending push notifications in accordance with the push notification settings in the ViziDrive app or on the smartphone or tablet.
3. DATA CHANGES
If the personal data specified in Section 2 changes, the user must notify Vizije Mobilnosti within 30 days of the change via email (info@vizidrive.eu), through the ViziDrive app, or by mail to Vizije Mobilnosti d.o.o., Pot na Polane 22, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani.
Changes made through the app will be processed immediately. Changes submitted via regular or electronic mail will be processed no later than five days after receipt.
4. USER RIGHTS
The user may at any time request confirmation whether Vizije Mobilnosti is processing their personal data and access such data. The user also has the right to receive and transfer their data to another controller. The user may request restriction of data processing, object to processing, withdraw consent for different purposes, or request correction, supplementation, or deletion of personal data. These rights can be exercised under the conditions and within the scope defined in Articles 15–22 of the GDPR.
Regardless of exercising the rights mentioned above, personal data may continue to be processed if there is another legal basis for processing under Article 6 of the GDPR.
Requests for exercising these rights should be submitted in writing to Vizije Mobilnosti d.o.o., Pot na Polane 22, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani, marked "for DPO". Vizije Mobilnosti will stop sending communications within 15 days from receiving an objection, withdrawal of consent, or change in the user's settings. Other rights will be addressed within the legally prescribed timeframes.
5. PERSONAL DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data is processed until the purpose of processing is fulfilled or within statutory limitation periods for obligations arising from data processing. When the retention period is prescribed by law, Vizije Mobilnosti stores the data in accordance with legal provisions.
Personal data collected based on consent is stored until consent is revoked. Users may withdraw consent at any time by notifying info@vizidrive.eu or by mailing Vizije Mobilnosti d.o.o., Pot na Polane 22, 1351 Brezovica pri Ljubljani.
